Here’s a refreshing Italian white wine that’s guaranteed to go down well and sounds like it could’ve been uttered during an episode or two of The Sopranos— Bidibi IGT from Maculan Società Agricola, of Breganze (VI), Italy.
Made from a blend of Tai (f.n.a. Tocai, 55%) and Sauvignon (45%), this refreshing vino bianco is straw-yellow in color. Intensely aromatic, it pours forth with refreshing notes of ripe tropical fruit, citrus and freshly cut grass.
Dry and well-rounded on the palate, Bidibi Bianco IGT has a vibrant acidity with a pleasant and persistent finish. It stands on its own as a true ombra (regional dialect for aperitif), and marries well with soups, first courses – including Lazy Person’s Penne with Peppers and Black Olive Pasta — and light fish dishes.
Best served chilled at 10°C. CIN CIN!

Why do pictures of wine viewed at 6:19 a.m. set my heart racing? Thanks for the wake-up call.

Chi non beve in compagnia o è un ladro o na spia!!! Ciao ZT
Non sono un ladro o una spia, but I do love vino! Let’s drink to that, TOGETHER.
It also sounds a bit like that android from the Buck Rogers TV show in the late 70’s/early 80’s. I mean the name of the wine, of course. The description sounds very tasty!
That was Twiki, the ambuquad: “biddy-biddi-biddi.”
Wow that pasta looks soo tasty! =^.^=
Bailey — What, you don’t like the vin/vino/wine?
