It’s the first Monday of the month and phoneographers should be out and about phoning in frames of NATURE, this week’s Phoneography Challenge, on their mobiles-slash-cells.
On a just-concluded, sorta-kinda vacation up in the Trentino Alto Adige region of northern Italy, I went on numerous photo shoots around le Giudicarie to try and capture some of the natural beauty. Here’s a sampling of some of the phantastic phlora that I phramed on my iPhone 5.
Just click on a frame for the full-screen view and then arrow across to see the entire set.
To view more scenes of NATURE captured with handhelds by my fellow digital ringtone shooters, just click HERE.
If you occasionally shoot with a smartphone or tablet, why not join in the fun and hone your craft. There’s a rotating Phoneography Challenge each and every Monday. For details, visit Sally’s Lens and Pens by Sally.
Until next Monday, let your phone be your lens.

Striking collage of images–especially like the wooden pathway that leads into the pristine landscape. Happy Phoneography Monday.
Thanks, Sally. Btw, that wooden plank pathway winds its way around a wetland that surrounds the remains of a 6,000-year-old community where the houses were built on stilts.
Great photos of nature! These smart phones are incredible in their photo capabilities.
Angeline — They certainly are. Thanks for meandering by and commenting.
Great work again. I love the panorama at the top.
KRP — That frame is a scene from around Lago di Molveno. Glad you liked the panoramic.
Oh these are just amazing! Stunning photography, I especially love the wooden pathway. 🙂
Thanks much, Amanda.
Very nice! Love the boardwalk shot.
I’m taken with the panorama at the top. Just beautiful.
FB — The header photo in the woods or the first panorama shot of the article set? Either way, thanks!
I was thinking of the panorama of the article set, although the header is also stunning. 🙂
lovely plora, lovely vacation spot too!
