With apologies to The Bangles, a pop-rock group that released a hit single back in ’86, my slight twist to the song’s title reveals that it’s another MACRO, not MANIC, Monday.
This being the second Monday of the month, it’s time for camera buffs to put aside the DSLR and simply frame a shot or two with an iThingie. It’s called PHONEOGRAPHY, and this week’s challenge is to “phone in” a few MACRO shots.
It’s no secret that I LOVE to eat, and there’s really no place I’d rather be, with knife and fork in hand, than right here in Bella Italia where food and wine rule.

As a vegetarian, some of your images are pushing me to visit my garden and pick herbs and tomatoes to create a mid-day meal, yummy. As usual each image pulls the viewer into the ingredients. Happy Phoneography Monday.
